Hotel Sriram Residency - Hotel in Udupi - Udupi, India

Udupi was my first visit and looking at the pictures in Google and other platforms, I thought it would suit my basic needs as it is middle of the city and all the facilities and temples are within walkable distance. But, the moment I stepped into the hotel I was quite impressed. The place was very clean. The room I stayed in was well-maintained. Hygienic washroom. The hassle-free check-in process and spacious parking space. Everything was wonderful. I made up my mind that for my next visit, this place would be my first choice. The staff were very polite and humble to facilitate the things I needed. Overall it was an Amazing Experience.

Very badly maintained Bathrooms, they have a common ventilation passage for Bathrooms.....room and bathroom was always stinking due to this common ventilation. Parking is available in their basement. It is 5 min walk to Krisnha temple. A/C was noisy and not maintained. Bedsheets were not clean. You cannot sit of sofa, they were very dirty In Udupi's climate, they provide you with only 500ml water bottle per day per person

Excellent service at a very reasonable price. Clean and hygienic rooms, bedsheets and pillows. Very well-trained and courteous staff. Would definitely recommend for anyone, especially if you are travelling with your family. The hotel is located at a very busy location and hence it's very safe especially if you are travelling with your family. Not very far from Udupi railway station, you can easily get a prepaid auto or taxi from the railway station to the hotel at a reasonable fare.

Very badly maintained Bathrooms, they have a common ventilation room stinks all time. Nothing is visible in mirror, door had moulds on it. No hit water in evening. AC makes hell lot of noise. They give 500 ml bottle which is not sufficient at all I for the climate. And normal water had sediment. Don't forget to take invoice they take GST but don't give invoice. Bedsheets wr dirty. Sofas you can not sit on it. TV is quite old and you can see pixels. Can go with many new property which is within 1 km. Temple and market are within walkable range. Can park abt 8 cars. Had cost me 2200+gst and extra bed is 450. Room is congested for 3 ppl. Charges are not justified at all.

The rooms were aerating and adjustable! Price's can't be negotiated! The location is not very friendly to travel to all the tourist locations but compared to other hotels we checked this one was better! The time you check in is the time you check out next day else charges keep adding on! Room service was good food was average.

Booked online. Room was good with ac and tv etc. Washroom was just ok and the main door to room not good. Residency is located near to temple ( only walkable distance about 3-5 min). Food menu was overrated.

Average stay at this place. Pros are it's near to most places we wish to visit.walkable distance to temple, woodland ,etc.. , Enough parking space. One of the worst experience as far as hospitality is concerned. Receptionists are not warm in welcoming guests. They treat those who book on line as if we are staying free of cost. Rooms are average. matress is not so comfortable, bedsheet and balnket are not clean. Toilets looks average. Not very clean. Electrical items are damaged. Hot water not available on day 1. We have to ask room boys for hot water. Not providing additional bucket also. Food is ok but very expensive.

Good hospitality and close proximity for commute, shopping and eating...Hotel staff cooperative and attended to our needs very quickly. Cleanliness in bathroom with respect to cleaning of tiles n plumbing fittings needs to be worked on.Rooms spacious n airy. Overall had a very good experience.
