Clean and neat hotel rooms. Chekin process was smooth as we booked it online. Location is plus point as it is very near to Krishna temple back side parking hence one can walk directly to temple from hotel. There are few options for restaurants nearby.
Pathetic and unprofessional service. We reached around 12 am to the location along with an infant. When enquired, the person at the reception first agreed to give the room as it was not booked. However, by the time we went back picking up our luggage from the parking area within 5 mins, he denied us from giving the room, spoke unprofessionally and sent us back.
They randomly accept booking even without out checking the special request, for early check-in even to confirm that wen called they don't attend call or respond when you reach there they say it's not possible we haven't accepted the request n all and give silly reasons. If ur planning for early login be ready to wait for a longer period, not much of a service and all 1 advantage is it's close to temple and bus stand
Postive:- we visited with family, Ours was online booking,The hotel staff didn't show any difference, They treated everyone one well, provided extra mattress also as per booking. No extra charges for anything.. Rooms were spacious depends on the type of booking .Rooms were clean and they have provided the soap and towel to freshnup Negative:- I couldn't say much one was parking , should pay for parking which we can afford. But Hot water wasn't available to my knowledge as we had to move early we didn't enquire about that even I didn't find the facility. Great location close to Shri Krishna temple !!! The property is located at a great location just 200 mt from Mahadwara to Udupi Krishna temple. The hotel doesn't have restaurant but there is one just outside the hotel. Rooms were clean. Would recommend this hotel to devotees looking for a hotel close to temple
A Good family room with basic amenities and closest to the temple. Hotel staff are most helpful and informative. I couldn't click the photos but it's a good family room with a hot water facility in the morning.
Below average stay experience. The room was infested with ants and my friend got rashes all over his body. The price of the room is decent. Non veg food is not allowed. It's okay room located at the center.
