The reception and the guest seating area feels welcoming. But the rooms have white lighting which looks uncozy, doesn't help sleep. Air conditioning was pre-onn which made the room over freeze... The staff in general and in restaurant is very polite and nice
Food quality was pathetic. We had ordered for 3 Chinese dishes and it tasted like the chef (a first timer) had prepared it based on trial & error method. I informed the waiter and he seemed helpless. We left away the food with hardly 2 spoons eaten and went to HOTEL HANUMAN (yummy food) which is at a distance of about 200mtrs from this place. This was my first visit & shall be my last visit as well. Food quality don't deserve even a single star. Ambience & service was decent.
We booked this hotel on the way to Goa from Kerala. We were supposed to reach by 9pm however bcoz of traffic along entire highway, we reached 4am. Hotel manager Mr Rao was awake till 4am and on my request had provided everything in room like extra mattress in all 4 rooms. They didn't not provide water bottle though, in other hotels they provided water bottle too. We booked 4 rooms, our room was cleaned but walls we're looking old, wallpaper was torned, it needs repair. Other rooms were good. Hotel has attached restaurant that serves good food. Has ample of parking space Would certainly recommend this hotel
This hotel looks good from outside but inside the rooms look old. Staff was good. There floors gets flooded after shower. It was booked by a tour agent in a package. Wouldn't recommend this hotel for stay.
