I am staying in this hotel from long back but nowadays it's going to be worst experience. Room is still good but Bathroom is very bad smell. One more thing, Bharat was working here who was very supportive but now Mr. Shyam who is neither supporting nor give the clarity for room plan. Yesterday I stayed here with 2500+gst which is by default CP plan but now he is arguing for EP plan and he extorted more money from me which is really Very BAD. I will never stay in this hotel as now it's NON Reliable.
As a customer my experience: Yesterday I and my family went there to have our dinner one of the staff in the restaurant department behaved very rudely with us he is manner less man his attitude towards the customer should be changed immediately or else we and many other family and couples will stop going there ... Food: It's a surprise that the food is tasteless and if you could walk into any of the nearby hotels for food would be a better idea than to take your chances with this place. Ambiance: one star for their good Ambiance.

Hotel rooms are spacious and the service was prompt. They have proper parking space available inside for peace of mind. The restaurant in the hotel serves value for money and amazing food.
We're celebrating Bachelor party & It was the best place for party before wedding. Staff was very courteous and food was excellent. Rooms were super clean and well maintained. Rooms are quite spacious as well. We ordered 2 meals and they were all excellent. Light dinner including Dal-Rice & Khichdi was perfect meal to wind down the busy day. Breakfast was great with lots of options to choose from (Poha & Paratha were my favorite). I would highly recommend this place for anyone to stay closer to border and make a day trip to Mount Abu. Thanks for such a wonderful hospitality!

Situated on Abu Road a few kilometres from the Gujarat border, this is a nice hotel that is spic and span. It's a no frills hotel and is adequately done up to be an oasis for the weary traveller. Their housekeeping and room service are commendable. The rooms are neat and tidy with a tv, kettle & wardrobe. The bathrooms are neat and clean, though the workmanship could be a tad better. If you are an early riser, there's no tea served before 7am and the only place to stretch your legs would be your room, as you step out of the hotel into the service lane of the highway. The view from the rooms is nothing to about about as there's a petrol station on one side and a small garden on the other and it's a highway hotel. But you do get a view of the mountain range and a railway track that runs right behind. All in all, if you're travelling through this stretch and need to take a break, by all means, check this one out.

It's a good hotel and family friendly. The staff has been helpful. Even though we checked out of the room, the staff was sensible enough to let us stay in the guest waiting area for a couple more hours as I had a train to catch.
I have had such a wonderful experience in hotel management in my life at this hotel, very nice and wonderful ambiance and service, I give it a 5 star rating. And am satisfied.
Good room, that's service was awesome . Good comfortable rooms , hot water , ac everywas very nice ,. That's was near the railway station you try to visit that hotel , in abu road .
Hotel was booked solid, but we got our reservation just in time. The breakfast was better than I remembered, with authentic Indian style breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Thank you!
