One of the worst staff the worst behavior of the most of the staff. Not at all cooperative. Don't prefer this hotel. The convention hall owners are nice people and cooperative but unfortunately they have given lease to the third party who loot the customers. Better prefer Shams residency or Pasupala residency they are very cooperative and you will have comfortable stay.
The service is horrible We took about 12 rooms, there was no hygiene, lot of mosquitos, no basic aminities or facilities. Management was quiet adamant to acknowledge anything and didn't help for any of the said problems. Rooms are big ,but lack of cleanliness,blood on the bed , stains every where makes it unpleasant to stay. Bad experience
Rooms were book by my friend for his marriage 1. Room keys were not opening due to technical issues and we couldn't go out as we cannot lock room. 2. Rooms were very dirty. 3. Wash room not cleaned. 4. Next day hot water was not provided even after contacting to front desk. 5. Front desk supervisor was not at all bothered us as because it was a marriage booking. 6. Front desk was fully dust with spider and all around. 7. I think a manager was their but he was least not worried about guests and he was very busy with his Mobile rather answering to the guests. Totally worst experience.
Extremely Bad Experience. Generally I don't give such long review but this Oyo Hotel (Collection O) deserves detailing: 1. Room alloted were not clean. Left over food of previous occupiers were kept as it is. 2. Numerous flies were buzzing around the room and toilets. 3. Toilet fixtures were broken and very very dirty 4. Very dirty Utensils and water provided was very unhygienic and was smelling very bad. 5. Very rude and ignorant staffs and receptionist. 6. When asked for toiletries/toilet kits, we were asked to pay attendant to get from outside. Summarising above, it was an pathetic experience overall. If had chance, wouldn't have given one star. This was not expected from 'Collection O', High end hotels of Oyo. Management should intervene and take stringent actions to improve end user experience.
One of the wrost rooms and the behaviour by staff I never seen this type ....they will ask extra money while check out ...so plz choose another room...guys trust me
Rooms are big and good but not neat. Even the bed spreads were dirty . Could be maintained well.lot of space is available for parking. Very good environment.
