It's good place to stay... room service is very good and pleasant behaviour of staff as well.

Hotel is quiet beautiful with good room services and clean room. The only downside I felt was there were no vents in washrooms so that made situation bit uncomfortable.

Very nice hotel....reasonable pricing .....big airy rooms and washrooms....has the potential to be the iconic hotel of Hazaribagh....only if Housekeeping and maintenance is improved.... Must staff aptly

It is undoubtedly the best hotel in Hazaribagh. Owner is very humble, polite and friendly. Price for hosting parties is also very reasonable.

Worst experience ever I have faced in my life, They took lots of money but the food was like you can not eat, They didn't serve even water bottle also, The wa they talk was like we are servant of them, even paying lots of money they don't know how to give service being in this place. Don't go to this hotel.

Premium pricing, pathetic 3rd class service. They say 24hrs room service but the on call staffs are never available. Even if someone picks up, it will be of little to no use. Power backup takes half an hour after an electricity cut. Washroom does not have proper ventilation as well. Mosquitoes will not let you have a good time. Rooms and infrastructure is good but if you are paying a massive Rs 4k per room, you expect some very basic checks to be followed.

Pathetic service with full of attitude receptionist. If they have some conferences going on then their total staff will be busy in attending them not a single staff were cooperating us. Even if u r there to checkout then very rude behaviour by hotel receptionist. Worst hotel service ever faced....
