Hotel Sri Surya - Biryani restaurant in Tiruppur - Tiruppur, India

The worst service ever seen. Kept us waiting for more than half hour just to bring rice. Repeatedly they were saying will come shortly. So annoying management! Have seen many customers were loosing their temper due to worst service. If you are still planning to eat here, better go in the morning to order for your lunch and wait.

Minimum quantity of tasteless food with more expensive items ,in tamilnadu here only I found costly bun parotta ,don't try this hotel your pocket will empty soon

Annoying marketing tricks who serves the food. No menu card available. 4-5 people frequently come and kept on trying to sell different dishes and kept asking which I felt is too much though I told them that 'I will call if necessary' (it was not crowded and is in small area only) Finally they asked for Tips as long which I denied (2nd time it is happening) Food quality and taste is good but quantity and price wise I can rate only 2* Visited them twice and the marketing I felt is very annoying.

I should share my previous experience with another hotel to explain how satisfied I'm with SRI SURYA,, like in another hotel (don't want to mention name) a small hotel I had breakfast there ,,three idli but at the end they were like poorly treating me for the entire bill is less than 40 ,there i ate so much time previously too,but the way they treated me Hurts a lot ,,but here in Sri surya I had eaten soo many times ,,they cared me well everytime even this time i had only curd rice but compared to that hotel ,,Sri surya treated me best like all time !! Purely satisfied with the food and beyond that,, it's wayy comfortable with the hotel staffs and incharge staffs especially (kannan),very caring !!

Not happy with the experience. The first thing they don't have the menu card when I ask. He spelled out the dishes and I asked for less spicy food. He suggested biryani and a few side dishes. I ordered one Chicken biryani and one mutton biryani. For the side, I ordered pallipalayam chicken. I asked for the soul variety and they have any variety only one type and that too didn't taste great. They do too much time preparing the order. They said the full hotel is ac and when we ate they turned off the AC. I had to ask them to switch it on. The biryani taste is not bad. The name is only pallipalayam chicken. But, I hardly found any chicken in that all I see is coconut. Overall it was a nightmare experience for me. The waiter was also not so great. Management should improve these things.

The best mutton biriyani in town. Must try!!! But mutton biryani not available for dinner nowadays. Overall all non veg items are worth even though the price is too high!!!
