Hotel Sri Sai Regency - Hotel in Hyderabad - Hyderabad, India

It is near Kacheguda railway station, we took a double room non A/c on 16th November 2023 at 6 am. It was specious but not clean. The bathroom lock was not working. No towels were provided. No drinking water provided. No napkins were provided. But there was no discount for these non-facilities. He has charged Rs. 1500 + GST for a day stay. We checked out at 9 pm. So avoid this one and you can get better rooms for this cost nearby.

The location of the hotel is very good, very close to Kacheguda railway station,The food in the restaurant is very good, the staff is very nice and polite, the rooms are very clean, overall the hotel is quite good, only the room service is a little slow.

The worst hotel service i have ever visited * Dirty bedsheets * Cockroach in the room. * Flush not working. * Broken bathroom door handle. * No chairs in the room. Only a table was provided. * We complained about the flush and the service was not provided. So they shifted us to the other room when we followed up again. * The Internet was not working. * They did not accept the online booking * Did not find it worth the 2000/- for triple room.

The worst hotel we have ever experienced. Very unprofessional & uncooperative staff, very unclean & unhygienic surroundings & has staunch stinking environment. Cockroaches & Bedbugs all over the surroundings.Disgusting & disrespectful behavior of the people there & there are no normal amenities available in the rooms at all apart from broken shower heads & uneven cracked beds, stinking pillows cotton inside, cracked mirrors, no ventilation & more to disclose. Never believe the pictures posted by these type of fraudsters.

Think twice before you enter, they have horrible staff, all they need is your money. You can opt other better options available. Except it's proximity to railway station. There's nothing satisfactory in this place.

Attended a birthday party here, it was was good hotel with vallet parking
