The place seems to be a big resto type but Food quality and service was too bad. We ordered idly and was waiting for 20 mins and lack of service people. Even the waiters were making poori and idly by themselves. Need to change the process. Big disappointment

It was OK. Rest rooms are fine compared to others. Could be maintained well. Didn't take anything from hotel as it was evening time. Had coffee, it was full of milk films asked him to strain it. The tea master just took a strainer directly from water in sink and poured in another cup. When I asked he claimed that the water is clean. After which I had no mood to drink it and try any other snacks.
Hotel prassanna is open now. It's a high class vegetarian restaurant with authentic taste. SETC buses are now stopping here. Chocolate shop, Juice shop, Tea & Coffee shops are available at the entrance. Restrooms are decent. Car parking is spacious.
We came by 3pm. Dishes were not available.
Finally ordered sambar rice instead they gave us tomato rice. We cancelled our order and went out. Poor maintenance. Poor service.
One of the best place to have a stop and have a break if you travel down south from Chennai . Neat and free restroom facility available . They provide nice food . Tea taste not so good . Children's play area available. Spacious parking area . Nowadays most of the Omni bus also stop here for refreshment .

I have visited a cafe udupie udupi ruchi restaurant in the same place. It is exactly located next to the A2B restaurant. Most of them are aware of the A2B who travel to Chennai.
A2B is crowded most of the time and so we visited that cafe Udupi Ruchi
It was a marriage function and we stayed in this hotel room for a night. Trust me, rooms are well maintained, clean and neat for a comfortable stay with family. Rates are affordable too. I strongly recommend manager sir Lokesh for his excellent coope

This is a very unassuming small and sweet restaurant. But served up amazingly delicious South Indian tiffin varieties.. Podi with gingelly oil was a nice touch..
Both the persons at the reception were very friendly.
Rooms were near and clean.
Room had a 15ltr geyser.
Only one suggestion is to clean the Aircon filters atleast once a week.
The Aircon filters were clogged and got it done.
