They don't have proper service and they take our dress for laundry and are not given within the said time. After 9 hours at the time of check out they gave us the wet dress which has a very bad smell due to they just washed it in bad water.We again washed the same.we packed wet dress and carried in a bag .
Greedy and selfish management Be careful and record your calls especially what you're booking. I am ready to talk if hotel owner responds here While booking, they agreed for deluxe double room but after arrival they offered only costly suite room. After some arguments and I was ready to leave, I was called back by the greedy manager who agreed for double room but here they showed their filth again. They gave normal double room and charged deluxe room charges which is 20% higher. Most pathetically too much synthetic material used in rooms. Bed sheets and pillows are completely synthetic causing lot of uncomfortness. Worst interior design imitation like granite tiles. Stayed just a day and checked in another good hotel

Hotel Sri Pranams near Bimavaram railway station is a decent hotel to stay. It is quite clean and well-maintained. The rooms are also spacious and the bathrooms are clean.
