Rooms were neat and clean. Maintenance was good compare to other hotels. All the dishes were tasty especially soups and jeera rice...room services and their behavior should be improved a little bit.

Hotel floor is divided based on internal politics amongst the hotel managers / owners. (As stated by one of the hotel staff).
Online or phone booking gets in 2nd floor (little better rooms).
Offline booking gets 3rd floor. (Not that good).
Lift does not stop in 2nd floor.
Coordinated offers and little more maintaining can help to attract many visitors.

Lift was not working, we're senior citizens. Morning coffee Tea not available. The family room entry is very nicely done. Even the intercom doesn't work. The hotel should improve a lot in all aspects. Very casual approach towards the clients is not acceptable. Tks

Couple of issues I saw was the bathroom buckets & mugs were not clean and saw small cockroaches around the room
Its international but in ranebennur it's impossible to maintain an international place is average food is not up to our expectations just to have peg and move one to another place is better.

Location wise, hotel is situated near by ranebennur busstand. Rooms are clean, suitable for family. Vegetarian restaurant beside this Lodge. Room rent is also reasonable.
I have been coming here for the past 5years, same attitude same maintains in parlour, good hearted person, makeup cream and all items quality is excellent, reasonable cost in ranebennur.
