Rude staff, mannerless, asked them to properly clean the room beforehand instead they started arguing that it is not bad and was clean only. Dirty hotel, stains everywhere. Bedsheets had holes, toilets smelling bad. Water leakage inside the room. Location too close to platform, can't sleep whole night because of train noise and honks. Everything that can be wrong in a hotel you will find it here and the manager was very rude and abusing

I was traveling for work so I needed a place to stay overnight. I chose this particular hotel because it had good reviews online and it was close to the airport. The staff was friendly and helpful from the moment I checked in and they helped me figure out how to get around town. The room was very clean, which is important to me, especially because I have allergies.

We stayed at this hotel this weekend and the room was nice, the bathroom was clean, and the service was pretty good. The check-in process only took about 3 - 5 minutes and everything went smoothly .meeting our needs as a traveler this weekend.

I am a frequent traveler and have stayed in many hotels over the years. I have to say this Hotel is one of my favorite stays ever. The staff are very friendly, the location is perfect if you want to be near Canal Side Road and the facilities are clean and complete with all the amenities for you to enjoy your stay.

wrost hotel never go there ac was not working i complained many times but they ignor my complains. very rough behavier of staff. i asked them one bowl and spoon they littrely refuse that we don't have utensil. tv was just for display set top box not working.

Oyo service is not good. After booking hotel owner said to me that you have a need to pay some extra money for tax. And not i ma connected to hotel owner or oyo. This contact is out reachable.

The hotel is great for being affordable. the staff was always friendly and accommodating- they never once made me feel unwelcome. this hotel also helped me save money because I could leave my car in the parking lot while I was away and not have to pay for parking anywhere else.
