excellent room service and staff are very polite. rooms are very nice to stay and safe to family members. thank you Goibibo. this app is 100 prcnt better than Oyo. in Oyo they will charge extra money at hotel but Goibibo not changed extra money and allotted room quickly without delay

Rooms was clean but customer service was not good. We have called reception multiple time to change the bed sheets but no one turned up. Other than that hotel is clean and neat.

Stayed three days here. Rooms are neat and good, immediate service when needed. Receptionist's are friendly and helpful. It was nice experience staying here.

The hotel is close to the main road, so it's easy for people to have a quick stay and be on the road again. The problem is the hotelier knows it too. Issues we faced: 1. The bedsheets and blankets were not clean and had lot of spots on it. The new one they brought after asking for a different blanket wasn't that clean either. 2. They don't have their own kitchen, so you'd have to order things from outside and obviously within local shop timing. 3. They didn't even have tissue papers for the guests to use. I stayed here twice both while going and coming back, they said they didn't have. 4. No hot water during early morning if you are planning to bathe before 6am The good things: 1. Good location to quickly get back on the road. 2. Pet friendly. This is the main reason why we stayed there as we have a GR. 3. Parking place is there for 2 and 4 wheelers, so you don't have to worry about bad weather and theft. 4. Price was okay. We had asked for a double before long before we checked in and they said yes and all, but when we checked in, they said double bed rooms are not available and gave us room with separate beds

For me, cleanliness is the most important thing. For that this hotel should atleast get 4.5/5. It felt safe too. Located at the centre of the city. The staff was really good, cooperative. I reached hotel at around 12:15am. Went into the room, saw that the bedsheet upto my 'standards'. So, i dialled them and my bedsheets pillow cover comforter cover, all were changed within 10-15 mins.

The best Stay at this hotel. It feels like home. Very neat and clean rooms.Very cooperative staff and Manager garu.Large parking space. Near to all important Stations in Vijayawada.It's the center of city, Near to famous hospitals, Shopping malls, railway station and bus station.Everything is available Near to this hotel.It suitable for all type of travellers.It's opposite to Kotaiah Mess and Ramamandiram street.Privacy and No interruption

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Vijayawada.They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 9am. We got to hotel super early and I didn't wanna wait. So this was a big plus.I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help.

This is a beautiful hotel! It's clean and has a lot of comfort items to make you feel at home. The best stay ever. The environment was pleasant and welcoming. Both check-in and check-out were professionally handled and easy.Great location, easy to get in and out of the city. The staff was wonderful. The hotel is well maintained. The beds were very firm, too firm for my liking.
