The biggest advantage of staying here is it's prime location. It has around 3 four wheeler parking. The staffs are very kind. It's not a posh stay, but everything was clean and all basic amenities required are there. Will definitely prefer this next time as well. When you are here, Eat Shop :-)
Worst customer service, staffs are rude. Really noisy from construction works around, so dust inside the hotel room. Dirty fridge inside the room and doesn't work. They purposely switch off AC, you have to ask for normal essential stuffs. Definitely I won't be staying here or wouldn't recommend any one to stay here.

The hotel is in the best possible location. It's newly renovated and pretty clean now. The reception guy had a bad attitude. Old man. Since I visit Chennai frequently on business purpose and this hotel fits my budget perfectly, I'll be regular.
