Room was spacious but not very modern. The bed headrest came off from one of the beds. There were damps in the wall. The bathroom was not very clean and didn't have soap. The staff were very cooperative. The location is good.

If ur looking for a budget friendly stay , especially for family trips or large group of friends this is an ideal place. Just book it , it's also in a good location and places are not too far from here.

We had an awsome stay of 3 nights, room was quite specius ,bathroom was neat clean and every time hot water as it's too cold even in June....

Relatively inexpensive and simple stay. Situated on the Conoor road which is very busy. They arrange food which is decent. Rooms are small but clean and well maintained. Staff is also helpful. Room service is available. Surrounding view is good specially if you have cloud movement across the nearby hills; Views from the terrace is good. Many good places to eat at walkable distances. Owner is very polite and helpful. We had little issues with the wifi and followed up regularly until it was sorted. One drawback is its extremely close proximity to a bus terminal making the stay noisy at times. Good parking area as well.

It's a good place to stay. The rooms are big and clean. The property is old and hence don't expect much from it.

Location and caring was good. The owner was professional and keeps his words. The stay was not too luxury but it does the job and it is affordable. Don't expect too much like Sterling resorts but it has good and decent rooms. There are few negative reviews which are False. Don't fall for it. If you want a pleasant and affordable stay, this is surely a nice place.

Hotel is near to all tourist spots. They were very friendly and easy to approach even for small things. The room is clean and neat and the food provided by them was too good! I will book the same place for food once again

Booked their cottage of 6 people for 3 days. The rooms were very neat and clean. Bathrooms were excellent. Plenty of space for parking and pleasent location. The owners and staff are very helpful. We made the booking at last minute still there was no problem. I will say go for this place without any second thoughts.
