The rooms are ok at best..but the hotel makes up for the rooms through its service. The room service is fast and very polite

Good and bad experience are part and parcel of life. But the expression of experience is important. We experienced initial hiccups with the front desk representative who seemed to be very adamant to collect extra advance amount, which was refunded during check out. When we entered the room the Geyser started to release sparks, on informing we were offer two choice either to change the room or hot water in bucket in the same room. The experience is one of a kind. The location is good for business person who has work in Afzalgunj or surrounding areas. I hope we have a different and better experience next time.

It is good in a medium budget. So many people are coming to the lodge even family's also. Old construction followed by very good ventilation and car parking is there. Best lodge to stay in a secure. Genuine review

Be advised ! This hotel has very very rude staff with zero etiquettes. The hotel receptionist is a very foul mouth man who abused the nation , the honourable PM of our country as well as he abused me also just because I didn't have cash to pay for the water bottles I ordered and was ready to pay by either card swipe or Paytm. They said they Paytm is not activated ( they have pasted the paytm qr code on their wall ) and card machine is not working. They all became very aggressive and I was about to call the police. Luckily , I managed to pay the amount somehow through paytm. Please dont visit this hotel as the services , the cleanliness , the staff behaviour everything is pathetic , plus you cannot sleep at night because there is lot of noise coming in through their broken windows.

very good lodge. staff is fine,cleanliness,security is ok. owner is well behaved cooperative, freindly, I am coming here for the last 20 yrs. No problem at all.
