The atmosphere of the place was quite poor. Everyone's eyes were burning and everyone was sniffling because the hotel people were doing something like cutting onions near the serving area. It made for a very uncomfortable dining experience.
The service wasn't great either. We asked for dosa maybe five to six times before actually getting dosa. The servers were quite unresponsive.
The food was just barely ok, barely palatable. Nothing much to say about taste because it was mostly lacking. Only reason for giving two stars for the food is because it was served hot and fresh.
Worst service and very average food at expensive prices.
Took spl meals (for name sake) @150/- which as jangri, vada & payasam(seems like) were the differentiator. Only 2 persons are available for full service so you need lot of patience for every item to get served.

Rasam - ok.
I personally won't go and prefer next time as there are other good options available nearby.

We purchased parotta for our family, and it was overpriced(30 rupees for each piece), and it was not cooked properly.
Food was normal but we had worst experience with restrooms, cleanliness 0%. They should clean the restrooms properly and should have separate restrooms for men/women.
Worst hotel.... Fans are not working... Don't go to this hotel if you want peace dining
Unfortunately we didn't had good lunch here. We had variety rice which is not very tasty. Servers are not responsive as well they took appalam after we had lunch. Its cost 50rs we don't think it's worth for that. Inside toilet facility available but which is poorly maintained .Hotel management need to consider customer's feedback and Improve quality, otherwise they would loss people's support.
We had breakfast, lunch & dinner here, while breakfast and dinner was good, lunch was below par, but their Badam Milk is a must try.
Inspite of the above mentioned positives, their hand wash and restrooms are very poorly maintained and hygiene is not at all there. Forget about using their restrooms.
Absolute No! Very Very very costly and quality is worst. Although the staff is friendly, I have never eaten such a bad food for such a high price.

The stay was great. The beds were comfortable, and any problems were promptly solved by the staff. The AC rooms were a must in the hot weather. Great experience, and I would really recommend it for anyone looking to stay with family.
