Really nice plac for 1-2 night stay. Food was good, water filter was available so you just have to fill your bottle and staff was also friendly. Deducted one star because of hygiene and cleaning. There was layer of dust on the floor please do clean the floor also. suggestion: It will enhance your service quality if you keep a pair of slippers......

I visited Hotel SRG through OYO booking. Rooms are fairly small. Cleanliness was fine. Staff were a bit impatient.. Breakfast service is really bad. It took them almost more than half hour to bring the breakfast for two. Food isn't that amazing its just fine.

We booked this as no other hotels were available on the dates of our visit. We had a bad experience. The rooms are too small. Worse, no hot water was available. The staff when complained claimed that a pump had failed and would be repaired immediately. That did not happen. After our forceful demand, we were provided with some lukewarm water in a bucket. They did not clean the rooms though we had requested. We had to bear all these discomfort in a cold February time. They did not give any concessions in the tarrif stating that hot water was not promised! No facilities as claimed in their website.

Hotel is situated in a prime location but not easily findable. It's is guest house type hotel and being run in a personal house. Staff is not well trained and their behave is also very rude. They will charge you extra if you check-in even 1 hour prior to their rules. No proper bill is provided and manager isn't available there anytime. Rooms are good but service is very poor. You will be charged Rs200 extra if you loss keys or cards of the room. Overall experience wasn't good but i must say rooms are good.

One of the most economical hotels in Gomti Nagar area. They have taken care of little hassles a guest woukd have otherwise faced. Small things like using a cead reader instead of a traditional lock and key makes it very convenient and comfortable. The dual light switch in the bed and entrance. The charging ports conveniently placed on the bed, the reception phone number mentioned on the phone itself. And best of all everytime I order food from outside the reception automatically sends a plate and spoon and a bowl to my room being very proactive. Had a comfortable stay especially since I was in a business trip and coming back to the hotel was a pleasant relaxing experience.

Very bad experience ,,Dirty Room & bathroom. Immediately after chekin there is no light in the hotel & big cockroach seen in the bathroom. When we take the intercom it's found dead then we go downstairs to reception for complaint & he replied light is cut due to bad weather & AC & bathroom lights is not connected to Power backup as there is no DG

Condition was good, but flush was not working and washbasin tap was not working thats why i gave 3 star to this, although condition of room was good but it was compact. We were disturbed in the night because flush have to be prepared.
