I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at this hotel, and I must say it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. From the moment I checked in, the hospitality was lacking. The staff seemed indifferent and unhelpful, which immediately set a negative tone for my stay. Upon entering the room, I was greeted with a musty smell and a general lack of cleanliness. The state of the room was shocking - stained carpets, dusty surfaces, and even a malfunctioning air conditioning unit. It was clear that the room hadn't been properly maintained. As if that wasn't enough, the quality of the food was abysmal. I tried dining at the hotel's restaurant, hoping for a redeeming aspect of my stay, but I was sorely disappointed. The food was tasteless, overcooked, and presented in a haphazard manner. It seemed like no effort was put into ensuring a satisfactory dining experience. Throughout my stay, I tried to address my concerns with the management, but unfortunately, they were unresponsive and dismissive of my complaints. It's evident that customer satisfaction is not a priority for this establishment. I would strongly advise anyone considering a stay at this hotel to think twice. The combination of poor room conditions, subpar food, and a complete lack of hospitality makes this an experience I wouldn't wish upon anyone. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment and choose a different option for your accommodation.

The worst experience I had in my whole life I would request people to prefer some other hotels to stay.

Tiffin is excellent Food don't have lot of items like roti,ice cream, juice etc are missing, food taste is not that great, room is average. In my opinion this is one of the best one comparatively remaining hotels in that location

In my opinion, it is the best hotel in regards to a good economical stay. The rooms are very clean and tidy. The staff if the hotel is very welcoming.

Near to Dr.Reddy lab. Staff is very supportive and good people.
