Reception takes a lot of time to do with the formalities but the rooms are okay and the location is superb. I request people coming over here not to give money to the room service persons in order to fetch food from outside because they will say they won't charge you extra but in reality they will take extra money from you. You should better go and get the food from the outside.

During this time, I have had the pleasure of staying at your establishment for at least five days every month, and I have always recommended your hotel to my colleagues and friends. The primary reason for my unwavering loyalty to your hotel has been the exceptional service and cooperative attitude of your staff. Unfortunately, I am writing to express my deep disappointment and concern regarding recent changes in your payment policy. Over the past fifteen years, I have never been required to settle my hotel bill daily during my stay. This shift towards a daily payment system feels unprofessional and untrustworthy, which is not in line with the excellent standards of service that I have come to expect from Hotel Sree Durga. I firmly believe that a hotel should uphold a level of trust and professionalism with its long-term customers. The previous practice of allowing guests to settle their bills upon check-out has been a cornerstone of our long-term relationship. It is a practice I have found in every other reputable hotel, both in India and abroad. I kindly request that you reconsider this recent change in policy and revert to the previous system where customers can pay their bills upon leaving the hotel. This will not only restore the trust and faith of long-time patrons like me but also maintain the goodwill and long-term relationships that Hotel Sree Durga has nurtured over the years. I have always held your hotel in high regard, and I hope that this matter can be addressed promptly and professionally. Good Hotel for family and business trips. Location is best. 62,SuryaSen Street, Sealdah, kolkata, West Bengal.

Rooms are good but not upto mark. Should try to maintain hygiene and tidy surrounding. Receptionist should check and maintain the decorum of the hotel as they promise to provide a homely environment but due to few other guests they fail to provide so... other then that all ok..

Best place for family. All persons r cooperative and will feel like home. Safe hotel to stay with family . Service is perfect rooms and bathroom r v clean

Worst hotel . Dirty rooms and the service is very very bad. The people in the reception are so arrogant and disrespectful. Please dont book this hotel , there are thousand's of nearby hotels available . Skip this hotel or you will regret
