I was trying to book room for 3 adult in online the price was 3050 including breakfast. Before booking I called them to check the price quote by them. They told me around 3600 for 3 guest and they agree to give the online price, if I check out before 12 noon next day. We came to the agreement and i didn't book online. While checkout they charged me 3600 plus tax.
Let me list out the issues there
Reception looks great, but there is no AC OR fan, if you are waiting for something you will suffocate.
Toilet seats are yelloish.
Rooms size is okay for 2, for 3 you have to squish.
Please be careful with communication with staff.
Strongly recommend for some other option.

Perfect location about 3 miles from temple. First look and experience at the hotel is good. When we asked for extra bed, it was delivered on time. Room sizes are smaller. We ordered food from the restaurant for dinner, food was average. We also ordered coffee at room service, they were prompt but the coffee quality can be improved.
Breakfast was good enough. Overall a good checkin and checkout experience. Service was good.
Hotel is in good location and condition. The restaurant can use better hygiene practices. The tables and seats were not clean. Debris lying on the floor. Cleanliness is important.

A grand entrance, but once inside it's just dirty, stinky and sad faces. Like they say, 'all that glitters is not gold'
Enter the room and the beds look clean, but once you remove the Quilt it's all dirt and blood stains. And Damn there are bugs, you'll feel them crawling.
Coming to the bathroom, I feel pukish thinking about it even now. The bucket and mug was covered with dry paint allover, there was black aglae everywhere, the water was so stinky. I wonder what kinda mess it is in the tank below. The bath towels had so many blood stains, asked the short room service guy to give fresh towels and he never showed up.
The morning Complimentary Breakfast is just bland. And I noticed the girl attending was not feeling well, but they have not given her a choice. Makes it more unhygienic in these covid times.
Overall never coming back to this hotel ever again.
And ya paid Rs2,500 tariff and absolutely not worth it.
Badly maintained room & Very rude staff especially Front Desk Staff. Full room stay advance has to be paid while checkin, so that guest doesn't check out immediately after seeing room & their service. I didn't ask for Room extension as I had checked in only at 6:45 am 8th Aug'23 & checked out at 6:56am on 9th Aug'23. Response from Owner of hotel is so unprofessional, which is shown by the staff too. Unprofessional response of Owner is evident by not reading my review properly & still saying that customer asked for 4 hour grace time when I checked out in 24hrs & 10mins. Justification happens when someone does wrong & being in hospitality industry such attitude will take drive away potential guest.Please check your CCTV footage with Audio whether we have asked for 4 hour grace period & also analyse your front desk attitude towards customer query & resolution.
Very worst experience had with tis hotel
1)Room not clean
2)Amenities not clean & can't able to touch glass & kettle
3)Bathroom not clean
4)And finally very rude behaviour by receptionist
Overall very bad experience..
I had checked (4:15am) on 8th Aug'23 early due to train timing. When request was raised during the day receptionist told that I can extend till 5:30am. At night receptionist told you can't extend more than 5:16am on 9th Aug'23, if extended for more than 5:16am additional 1 day charges will be levied. I never asked for additional 4 hours time. Because of such unprofessional Response I checked out by 5:11am. Response from Owner is so unprofessional in Google review.
Excellent place to stay. Clean rooms. Courteous staff and helpdesk. Located near to railway station and bus stand. Easy access to Highway and to the city.Ample parking space.
A good resort , neat and clean. They served us hot hot dinner even though we were very late. The Russian salad was awesome. Their paneer 65 was crisp on the outside and soft on the inside .
