Hotel Square Plaza - Hotel in New Delhi - New Delhi, India

This hotel is located in very narrow and scoopy area . When I reached in front of hotel. I was shocked. I was not able to see sun light in truly afternoon there . And hotel manager and customer service are vry rude . So I refused to go inside of hotel and immediate booked another hotel. This is my humble request to all working lady and single mother, plz don't choose this hotel. This is not safe .

One star for misleading customers. Actual property name is Skyview and location is not that good and it is not 500meter far from the airport rather 4.4km. Breakfast was very basic and bedsheet was with full of hairs.

3rd rate crooks. They show one picture and then take you to another hotel down more filthy lanes into a cockroach infested hell hole. Stay away

I cancelled my booking because when I reached there place looks horrible and not safe for International traveller. Will not recommend it.

First of all this is not 3 star hotel . Rooms are not good quality. Even not clean. I saw rats in my room. Overall I would not book this hotel in future.

Rooms not clean For just TV they don't provide service so further issues I have don't have expectations

I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at Green Plaza hotel, and I must say it was a complete disappointment. From the moment I walked into the lobby, I noticed that everything was dirty and unkempt. The carpets were stained, the walls were scuffed, and the whole place had an unpleasant odor that resembled a gutter. To make matters worse, the staff at the hotel were extremely unresponsive. Whenever I needed something, I had to call them 10 to 15 times before they would even acknowledge my request. It was as if they didn't care about their guests at all. The room itself was no better. The bed linens were stained, the bathroom was filthy, and the air conditioning was not working properly. I could barely sleep at night because of the uncomfortable conditions. Overall, my experience at Green Plaza hotel was extremely unpleasant. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, and I strongly advise against staying there. The dirty conditions and unresponsive staff make for a truly terrible experience.

I also fell for the good recommendations on booking. These are for sure fakes. I just received a message that I reviewed this hotel with 9/10. I did nothing of this kind. I don't know how they do it, but I would never review this hotel with this rate. It's a mess. I didn't expect much, it's 10EUR and close to the airport. I just needed it for 5 hours and a hot shower for a layover. But even my low expectations weren't met and 5 hours is exact the amount of time I would stay there. It is in some shady side street 5 km away from the airport, no hot water, the rooms are dirty, floor was sticky, the shower handle came of when I turned it, the toilet seat was lose, the towel had huge holes and was of so questionable cleanliness that I rather dried myself of with my clothes. I did not dare to look under the sheets but decided to sleep in my sleeping bed inlay. Even better: the rooms have a huge window directly facing the inner courtyard where you have to walk to get to the rooms. Through this window you can directly see onto the bed. So everybody walking in the hotel could see into the room and the only shades were some curtains with cigarette holes. But the worst was that the whole night there were some shady guys talking, listening to music, kids were screaming, women shouting. Until 2 in the morning, directly in the inner court. I made sure 3 times that the door was locked. As a solo traveling woman I did not feel safe there. Only positive thing I can say about the hotel was that the staff was not exactly rude and helped me to find a taxi at 5:40 in the morning and at least I didn't see any insects. Otherwise I can't recommend.
