View from hotel was very very good.....also the service was fast.....staff was also very cooperative....rooms were equipped with all the facilitates....also they have many activities for children.....you can have a great time with your family and friends

Worst.Place.Ever This place is HAUNTED. The first 5 rooms were haunted on the left of first floor . We locked our door and slept in the middle of the night I woke up and saw the furniture moving from left to right a girl walking on the ceiling. It contined till the sun rise. My uncle room bathroom toilet broke suddenly which was all right till 12 am. Even the staffs told that they don't get out after 8pm so no service is there after 8pm.

I love the service of these hotel . The servant mrs.yusuf Khan served us very politely. Rooms are decent and clean. Nice location . Food is not that good but okay . We appreciate your efforts

Still under renovation. Staff is good and efficient. But this hotel has monkey menace .Ala carte is good but package buffet is average,under cooked rice. Breakfast is okay . This is a typical budget hotel with limitations..good for people who just want to spend the night. No generator s.

Its not hotel at all Rates are so high but hotel s rooms are worst and washrooms are disaster hotel even not having its own restaurant No parking of hotel 1 thing is only view was good from FF and SF Else all are like dharamshala even staff is not having any answer to you whenever you asked..will not advice for family stay specially

Easily the worst hotel I stayed. I stayed on 27th December First the positives 1. Good view Negatives 1. Rooms are not well maintained. Even door looks are broken. Not good geysers and limited hot water even in minus temperature. 2. Pathetic service. Rude staff. We asked for extra blankets, we were provided after a lot of arguments.That too they not clean and torn. 3. Restaurant is for name sake. The quality of food is pathetic. The food is even not served properly. The only thing standard is rates which are equivalent to 4 star hotels. A simple dharamsala is better

The location of the hotel is the only plus point about it. It is located near Ganesh Chowk and hence very convenient. The view from the hotel is also really good. The good things end here though. The beds and pillowd provided will give you a back and neck ache. The hotel staff will not initiate room cleaning unless you keep asking them to do so, even then chances are theyll only partly clean the room. After asking for toiletries a number of times we were given a soap and a rough towel. Breakfast had no variety, plus if youre keen on eating healthy you might have to skip eating it here altogether. Hotel staff and receptionist are nowhere to be found most of the times. Although it really didnt affect my judgement of the hotel but if you like your room to be aesthetically pleasing, youre in for major shock.
