Hotel SPB 87 - Hotel in New Delhi, Delhi - Central, India

My stay at the hotel was truly disappointing. The room was unkempt and smelled musty, the linens were stained, and the overall cleanliness left much to be desired. The noise from neighboring rooms made it difficult to sleep, and the staff seemed indifferent to our concerns. The amenities were either out of order or poorly maintained. It was an unfortunate and uncomfortable experience that I wouldn't wish upon anyone.

Rooms were not clean, lift was not working, even for water u will have to call reception multiple times. Bisleri is being charged at double rates, that too with unaccountable service charges.

One of the worst hotels and the worst service. My father had an operation and the doctor had advised to stay nearby in any hotel so we booked here. I didn't booked a room for myself as I could adjust sonewhere else but when I arrived later on to see my father if he is doing well or not, the hotel's front desk denied me entry saying they would need to come downstairs on reception to meet me but I can't meet them. I am very surprised that a patient who can't even walk and they are asking them to come down to meet me. I hope a serious action is taken against this. Very rude front desk.

We had booked two hotel rooms from the goibibo app one month before the check-in. We reached at the hotel on the night of check-in, and to our surprise the reception staff denied the truth of us booking any rooms. Instead they had assigned the rooms to other guests just because we were a little late to check-in. Neither did they call us to confirm our arrival and on the top of that refused to have our booking, all of this happened at 1:30 am in the morning. After a lot of quarrel, the manager agreed to arrange rooms in another hotel, which was a pathetic one. The hotel staff is completely unethical, do not respect their guests and they even refused to return the booking charges of hotel. If there was an option, I would have given it zero stars in the review.

Worst hotel I have ever seen service is very very slow and accountants are not educated as well.They had no response to the customers.

Good hotel in price in accordance to location. Metro station is just at walking distance, market is also just 50steps from the hotel. Rooms are good. Room service is ok ok.. As they don't have restaurant in the same building, you will receive you ordered food by an hour of order. Staff behavior was good, atleast with me. Use to stay here every month for atleast 7 days.

Clean rooms and good management, after time out also they will provide a room for some minutes time

For 1800 room rent they provide non working AC,it's just show piece and room is even too small for two people,walls have fungus on it and TV is also not working condition,when I asked to receptionist for drinking water he said please take it from fridge... Overall very worst
