HOTEL SOVEREIGN (Pure Veg) - Hotel in Daman, Marwad - Daman, India

Overall Ok. Ventilation in room could have been better. Also, no wifi. Its a very old hotel as informed by nearby people. Be careful while parking your vehicle outside. Has in-house restaurant for veg people. Can be considered if other options are not available. For 2k, it's worth it.

Third class service. Very rude staff especially reception lady. If minus rating were there i would prefer to give ratings in minus. Not at all prefer to any friends or family members. Really disappointed. 1st time and last time this stay of ours

Good hotel for Veg. Nice ambience. Just go for it. Parking can be an issue as hotel parking is always full. But you can park on roadside.

We visited the restaurant solely to have their Gujarati thali. We reached at 1.15 pm. The ambience has improved a lot. We were seated and immediately ordered their mouth watering Gujarati thali. As we were hungry, we asked for some roasted papad. Were served promptly. Then after finishing the papad, our long wait started. Few minutes streched to half hour. We were informed that Tawa roti is not available and thali would be served with tandoori roti or Puri. We opted for Puri. After waiting for few more minutes, we enquired. We were told, it will take 15 more minutes. We could not bear the one hour delay and told the manager about our wait. He did not have any solution. So we left the restaurant at 3.00 pm without any lunch. Do not visit if you are hungry. You may get disappointed and may have to return hungry. VERY BAD experience.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, I was met with friendly service and a relaxing ambiance. The room was cozy and well-equipped, and the staff was always ready to help with any queries. The food was delicious, and the views from the terrace were stunning. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable stay.

DIRTY, the room smells bad, dust filled in AC. overpriced for such small rooms. Took half hour of check in time despite prior booking. 2800rs on weekends is not worth it. Good breakfast options, parking facility was good. Not recommended.

If you are a Jio or an Airtel User, get ready to be utterly disappointed: you'll have to search for a single bar of network in the room.it was mentioned as 'Wi-Fi Available'. However, the staff straightaway mentioned, we do not give Wi-Fi; a bummer for people who plan for Workcation on a strict budget. Less than Limited parking, and infrastructure needs big improvement, the photos are very old.

I went there for dining 2 times and both times experience was pleasant and refreshing. It is easy to find on map and very near to the beach. Parking is difficult to find as they has no space for parking, so street parking is good option. No wheelchair accessible entrance or parking. It is kid friendly but I do not recommend to have drinks in front of kids. Alcohol is available. Both vegetarian and non vegetarian options are available. And quality is really good. But price range is on higher side. I recommend to go for sky garden restaurants as it has very beautiful decorations.
