My rating on a scale of 1-5 (5 highest) Location of the hotel - 4 Hotel Restaurant - 3.5 Availability of transportation (metro, taxi, auto) - 5 Customer support - 1 (my experience was either they were unavailable over phone or strict and rude if they talk) Customer focus - 1 (I stayed here for 7 days ONLY) Room size - 3 Basic amenities of room (water, tea coffee bags) - 1 (they don't refill any only you have to ask) Hot water, free wifi, lift, security - 4 Room comforts - 2 Late checkout - 1 ( they don't accommodate at all) Price - 2 Open to customer feedback - 2
It's in prime local market location of Karolbagh, New Delhi. Lodging at Affordable price with complementary breakfast. As a female I was lil worried about travelling alone. People were very good and helpful during my stay. This location has easy access to Metro and access to all means of transportation. Thanks to Manish for my secure and safe stay :)
Nicely maintained by Hotel southern. Location is a glitch otherwise a good hotel in budget.
Very basic amenities and rooms are not up to the mark. Only good thing is its central location and close to Hotel southern for south Indian food.
Lot of improvements has to be made for southern regency in Rooms As per cost of it room not yet worthy staff are nice , friendly nature
Rooms was not upto mark, not cleaned and borwell water in washroom so you can't get bath
I stayed for 2 nights on 2nd and 4th October 2018.On 2nd I arrived at 10.30pm and left the hotel at 6am on 3rd. Got a good room but bed sheet and pillows were dirty,dust bin was not cleared. After my complaint, they have changed the bed sheet and pillows. On 4th again I have reached their at 10 pm after a long travel.they put me in a conjusted room and no toiletries were provided.
