We stayed with family for 2 nights 3 days. The rooms are clean and comfort. Staff behaviour is so good. Everyone is working with involvdment.. hats off to owners.. Worth staying with family for this price.. apart from that they are very flexible.. our kids very much enjoyed the stay.. Thank you for the good memories.
Worst Room Service, Not to be categorized as 3 star Hotel, Government dormitories is better than this hotel. Hot water is dirty and not in usable condition for taking bath, Washroom doesn't have locking system, You have to wait for more than 2 hours to get response from House keeping.
Hotel is average and OK OK. Rooms are very cramp and are bit outdated. Need to improve the rooms. I booked through their site and is clearly written breakfast as complementary and Parr of amenities. Yet this was not offered. Service and rooms could be better and more spacious
Hello, I stayed in this hotel for 1 day . My experience in this hotel is very satisfying . It's worth mentioning about people in reception and hotel mr tarun ( i remember his name ) and his colleagues gave us warm welcome and very well behaved during the stay . Then room was good . Food, excellent in terms of quality and taste . My son doesn't eat too much spicy food . I ordered for him a dish .let me mention he finished without a compliant meaning the kitchen here gave value to our order and prepared it . In total I recommend this hotel
We are regular visitors to Southern Grand. When we found fall in the Hotel's standard last year with regard to cleanliness, housekeeping, property maintenance, we felt sad and hoped for steps for improvement. We were not disappointed because in this visit, we found that the Hotel is back to good housekeeping, maintenance, proactive behaviour of staff, competitive tariff particularly for food. Rooms seem to have been refurbished. We were very happy with this visit and we shall keep visiting Hotel Southern Grand in future too. We recommend stay in this hotel because of its proximity to the most important place of the city, that is Duga Temple and also to the Railway Station and markets. Our thankful best wishes to the very cooperative Front Office staff like Ms Jhansi and we wish the Hotel very best ! Keep improving, because even the Best can be bettered.
Beautiful and comfortable place for stay. Rooms are very neatly maintained and makes one very happy and comfortable. Very courteous staff and the service is very good too. We happened to have breakfast and dinner here. Breakfast is particularly good with a good variety to choose from. Only a little problem is with the parking. Otherwise, our stay was very pleasant and comfortable here. Will surely recommend.
Pure vegetarian restaurant, and definitely satisfy your taste buds. Not very crowded nowadays, maybe hence food is not as per their usual these days.
The worst food ever had recently. Every item served is either half cooked or stale.Road side tiffin centers are much much better.

The hotel is peacefully located. Avoid the rooms facing the road as you will hear some traffic sounds which may disturb you if you are a light sleeper. Rooms are pretty clean and well maintained. Took a suite room and it was good for the price paid.
