Hotel South Indian Residency - Hotel in Velur - Namakkal, India

It was very bad no proper guidance from reception staff.. as I called before 2 months to book for February they said you have more time call us on November they noted my details to book 10 rooms.... Now they say their owner have a function so he cancelled my booking this is how a owner will be.... How can we book again in your hotel..... Every customer is valuable... And I was ready to book 10 rooms also gave my details.... None of my family or friends will book in your hotel ever.....

Very comfortable meeting halls available. Totally three. A gathering of 40 to 200 can meet in a hall. A function with 300 to 400 can be celebrated without any hassle. Very neat ambience. I have not stayed there. But I booked rooms for my relatives from Malaysia. They were happy.

Average. Food somewhat fine. But No proper parking facility.. rest rooms are not clean.

Had a horrible experience. Inspite of booking the rooms two months in advance. We were told it was given to someone else closer to the event. With wedding planned near the accomodation, we had a tough time in settling the guest :(

I would say they serve tasty and quality foods but i don't know why there is less crowded whenever i go there. I am sure that i have been eating there for some time and i have never faced any problems or after effects from eating at that restaurant. They have a spacious space and hygienic packing and the taste is also great. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. I think they should make some promotions and also bring some new dishes. They are said to sure succeed if they do so. They also provide accommodation facilities and meeting halls. They also provide dining facilities for function and meetings also. Everyone should try once i am sure that they would like their tastes and the hygiene is also good. If you make a telephone order they will prepare the food before you go there.

Ac and fan not working properly, ac cooling was very low so we switched on the fan, but the fan regulator was not working, so fan ran fast with oil engine sound, toilet flush suddenly stopped working, no lift working, dirty room with low maintenance, wrost experience, they charged 1500 per room, but it's worth for just 400 only, by the way there is a newly hotel constructed near by called PM residency, please book that hotel, don't go to this hotel, the owner behaviour was wrost, even midnight some one keep on knocking our door, don't know who that is, everyone suspect the ill behaviour of the hotel owner, so be careful when anyone books room for family with kids and LADIES ,no hot water also

Best hotel in the locality. We stayed in suite room for 2 days Pros:- 1.hospitality 2.supportive staff 3. Food excellent 4.neat 5.spacious 6.safe Cons:- 1. Tey r installing lift now only. So little difficult climbing stairs 2 floors 2. Wash basin pipe not working Overall happy and safe stay , can go blindly as the perfect option in the velur area

One of my worst experience Hotel down here is not responding even don't care telling customer that the food got over at times we sat for long time no service person even no one said us food is not available. On room's especially on double room AC cupboards were broken , Fan is too noisy... afraid of that noise, AC is also noisy poor maintenance and demanding rooms for no good , even no dust bins provided on room
