I'm a frequent business traveller(Sales Executive) visiting all major cities in Kerala and Tamil Nadu once in a month. I had a pleasant and peaceful stay. No noise, Rooms are clean, friendly staffs and they have daily house keeping, all the details which they provide are available. They treat all customers equally. They are maintaining a 3star quality. Worth of stay. Near to South Metro Station local foods available in nearby walkable distance.
We stayed for one night.. receptionist was bit rude to us. We upgraded our rooms to AC.. but AC wasn't working properly.. they won't even give water bottles.. they use glass bottle to store the water.. but if you drink that water.. you will be in hospital.. average hotel
It's walkable distance from railway station.Food service especially non veg was good.Rooms are less spacious compared to other hotel rooms.lights are not working.Toilet is under maintained with unhygienic way with fungus and dirt on walls.fidet were leaking...foul smell on bathroom with less space.All though one day stay for one day trip is not bad ..Easy access for transportation from this hotel.All over bathrooms very disappointing for hygienic people.
Mattresses were smelling ,fungus was on bed sheet and lamps.i got cold here on very first day of our tour,my daughter also got cold just because of dusty rooms. Only good thing about this property was metro. Rest all things were really bad. I will Not recommend this property to anyone.
Average hotel at cheap rate. The location is good but service and cleanliness is not upto the mark....... ( What else can one expect at 1500???)
Didn't give a intimation about cancellation of early check in that i had requested till i reached the hotel and later sent a email while i was making alternate arrangements. Asked me to wait till 12.30 to check in , had a wedding to attend at 11 inspite of the request placed for early check in a week ago. Receptionist doesn't know other language apart from malayalam . And is customer unfriendly. Money is demanded in advance by make my trip and hotel but they forget to communicate with customers on time .
Worst hotel to stay. No coordination at all, though we had informed about our late check in, the receptionist was not aware of it. He allotted us a different room, asked us to vacate the room post we arranged our luggage. There was no wardrobe at all.... definitely not worth the price.
Very nice experience for family room and it's best and clean. Restaurants and metro near by and really enjoyed the service. Wi-Fi could have been better and overall Highly recommended for family
