terrible stay. asked for extra money than the prepaid amount to MMT. AC not working, room & bathroom not properly cleaned, TV not working.

This will be a review after 2 visits. The 1st visit was very much welcoming but the 2nd visit wasn't of great experience. They haven't allowed us to check-in claiming they don't have accommodation for 3 people whereas oyo rooms are showing accommodation for 3 people at each room. And to my grief the staffs are interested to make fun of you so a big thumbs up for the staff member too. A great place to make fun of you.. Apart from that everything seems to be fine although providing a 20 rupees breakfast and claiming it to be of 100 bucks by oyo rooms.. Great job! Great team for harassment!!!

You can come here for a wonderful experience! All the services are excellent! Mr. Jagannath and Mr. Ratan Dey would take really good care of you! And the manager, Mr. Sourabh, is quite sensitive! Only one thing to keep in mind - there is no elevator-service available...

Extremely POOR.. Highly not recommended.. Please do not book this hotel if you want to save yourself from embarrassment. They have no facilities. I had to go down to the reception for any kind of problems.. They will provide you with the dirtiest bed sheet. My room had small cockroaches. You will feel as if you are staying in a hostel as they do not allow anybody to visit you and they wont allow any entry or exit after 11 pm. There is this caretaker who lives in the property who will ask for regular tips. Overall a very bad experience, I had to leave the hotel after 2 days although I had booked for 5 days because of the staff behaviour and their harresment. HIGHLY not recommended.

Lovely homely, clean, good service, excellent value for money. The only downside was the absence of a lift (which was being installed during my stay there) It should be up and running within a week. The manager and room service staff are extremely helpful and accommodating. They are also coming up with a Bengali cusiene restaurant shortly (looking forward to it). Best hotel in its price range.

Situated in a prime location. Market, restaurants anything comes under walkable distance. Only one room is well maintained , rest is not upto the mark. It's ur luck if u get the room they have advertised. Everyday same brkfast. I stayed there for more than 2 weeks and got the same brkfast everyday. Sometimes there is water supply problem. So apart from the location don't expect anything. And the building doesn't have a lift.

Good room to stay. Clean. Calm and quite area near to Gariahat market of West Bengal. Very positive staff. But very small toilet. Poor breakfast. No lift or elevator. Stairs are too high to up in the upper floors.

The manager is terrible. Even if the rooms are available he will coerce you into booking expensive ones. Also ,he will charge more than the rates mentioned in their official website. Very rude and pathetic! But I must say the rooms are nice and clean. The staff is also cooperative. There is no elevator. Overall, my experience was a mediocre one.
