Experience is very bad. Totally waste of money. All staff behaviour is very bad and not suggest any one to stay in that hotel.
Giving one because can't give 0. Don't visit this accommodation with women and family. They collect money and don't allot rooms...and ask unreasonable amount for stay ...they allot an already booked facility to someone and don't give the room to thise booked via oyo. Worst from both oyo and the hotel that they least care about customers.
Yesterday (14/08/2022) I booked and stayed in the hotel , as per the tariff price of room was Rs.1,400/- & the amount was paid by me during check in and they don't provide a single towel and water Bottle during the time between Check in to Check Out, and the electrification of Washroom was very poor and the behaviour of manager and front office boy was very very unprofessional and rude. When we complain about the Same they are denied and do the unnecessary arguments with us as well as other customers. Also, there is scam Going on regarding price negotiation. So, I request all Visitors to stay away from such unprofessional & poor service hotels otherwise your vacation will be hamper. Please choose good hotels in Vizag.
This lordge is at best location but the behavior of the manager and employees terrifing .if you change your ming to stay at another hotel they are tacking charge of 200/- for sitting for few minutes i will not recommend you to stay there infact there is another lordge called ESSEM residency just stone throwing distance from this hottel go for that (ESSEM IS BEST FROM SOUNDARYA LORDGE) ((<not sponsred>))

I have booked the room from Oyo inline and have paid entire amount post receiving confirmation over mail staff been denieing to check in due to lesser amount in these peak days.. staff are very rude with us and even not responding to Oyo greviance calls...
Warning! Do not come here! Read the other reviews and understand this is one of the worst hotels you will ever go to. I will not even bother with writing more expect that from the staff, to the entire hotel, it all should be condemned. So rude, so disgusting, it made me sick just talking to the staff but the manager, he was the worse of them all.
Oyo and hotel mangement have no proper communication oyo vil confirm room but hotel fellow vil say no room for online nly offline they hav taken cancellation fee no refund n no response for complant both oyo company n hotels are playing game here
