This hostel has clean rooms that are well maintained. However, the air conditioning wasn't working during my stay. The bed was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The food was fine, but a bit expensive. Overall, I had a decent stay at the hostel.
Was terrible experience. Booked this hotel on oyo with online payment. While I reach hotel manager refused to give room just because they have problems with oyo management. They forced us to cancel the booking. And go for offline. Even manager also drunk
It was very worst experience for me and my family to stay at oyo 9843 sound sleep,Haridwar.I came to this hotel on 28th June 2018,I booked this hotel by giving 1000+Paytm charge,The room also includes AC.But it was around 3hours power cut in night and even fan was not working.Atleast they have to provide an inverter connection to Fan in their hotel. There were many mosquitos in the room when there was power cut. In Morning we ordered parathas with curd in breakfast but they didn't gave curd and charged for full.they even didn't provide us tissue paper,and told tissue paper is out of stock. Very cheap hotel and worst experience with this hotel. Suggestion to Hotel owner,Atleast make an arrangement for inverter Connection in Fan if you can't afford the Generator.
The bathroom is not very clean. There is a very bad smell in the rooms and the blankets on the the bed are not clean. The water in the bathroom is not clear. AC in some rooms are not working and TVs are not working. Food quality is good.
Horrible experience,they have worst management and poor quality rooms also AC,TV and WiFi are out of order. Pathetic service,absolute no no to this place.

When we walked into the hotel we were immediately given a warm welcome which was particularly nice after travelling so far. our room was very clean comfortable and the restaurant was superb and the staff could not do enough for us food was very good
