Good and quiet place. Staff need to be more alert and active for their guests. Cleanliness commendable. Food was good. It's best part is nearness to Metro and Market.

A good 2-star hotel. Friendly staff, variable amounts of hot water and very good food. Location is great, right nearby to very lively sections of Delhi.

THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU BOOK HERE The hotel is quiet good with great location and neat, comfortable rooms . BUT WE HAD A VERY BITTER EXPERIENCE WITH THE MANAGER .We had checked in on 15th Oct and had clearly mentioned that we wanted a room for 2 days .We had our tickets, out of Delhi, booked for 17th. Unfortunately on 16th ,when we were out on our business we were REPEATEDLY called by the manager saying that we have to vacate the room as he has other guests. Inspite of clarifying that we had our room booked for 2 days and requesting him to allow till 17th, he insisted on throwing out our luggage from the room. As we were very far from the hotel and in the middle of our work ,we could not come and vacate immediately . (Our belongings were lying spread out in the room as we were not packed for check out.) Requested him to wait till we returned, but he did not listen and my daughter and I had shift to another hotel at night. The hotel could have at least informed us when we were going out in the morning, so we could have planned accordingly. The whole of 16th we were under tremendous tension as the hotel kept calling and disturbing us, threatening to throw our things out. So any one planning to book rooms there please be careful. They can throw you out when ever they decide to without any intimation.

Very friendly staff and great service. Food is good , rooms are okay. Overall it's a good hotel to stay in if you are planning to visit karol bhag for any kind of purchases. For this price and the surrounding location this is a good deal.

Good clean hotel, good customer service. Can be a bit difficult to find as it is off the main road. Good breakfast and food available till late night. Bijendar and Deepak were very polite and helpful and rest of the staff also. Will stay again

Well first off, I loved both my stays here. And i will stay again. Location: Less than 5 min walk from Karol Bagh Metro Station, adjacent to Karol Bagh market area. The hotel is in a lane off a main road. The area is fairly peaceful. Service: Reception, housekeeping and room service staff were all polite and cheerful. Breakfast was also quite good. Room: Spacious, bright. I had a room overlooking an adjacent garden, which really lit up the place. Perhaps some of the bathroom fittings need an overhaul, but they all worked fine. In summary, highly recommended...

Excellent hotel with excellent dealing. Staff of the hotel is very co operative and nice. I recommend everyone to do stay in this hotel if you wish to have safe and comfortable stay

unfortunately, the room was dirty, the shower had scale and it was hard to open/close the faucet. There was no hot water.
