Stay is good. + is, property located in main acces area, many restaurants and shops available in near by, helping staffs & clean toilets. - is, little conjusted. floors are little dirty, suggesting only AC room. many times power cut happened but resumes instantly.
The staffs at the hotel were courteous and friendly. The hotel is located very close to the bus stand and railway station. Our stay in December in Non-AC deluxe room was very pleasant considering the weather. The room and the toilet was clean and tidy. Only thing is food not provided at hotel but many restaurants option available at a walkable distance.
Please don't go to this place. They are just cheating by saying so many lies and trying to get more money. We paid 6k for this only for one night. (Usual price is around max 1.5k) and the service is bad rooms are not good enough
Not a very good place to stay as a family. Room service is zero. Not worthy.
They are money Rippers, I've wanted to book 27 rooms for my marriage. And total amount was 37000 there was a manager I told him that I'll pay 25k now and remaining at the marriage date while checkin. He was like no never and they lost 37000 business

So far so good Plus point is location. We have stayed for night only for morning toy train. Price wise some what costly but as it's near to main bazar and relway station its convenient. Total 3 floor Lift is available. NO HOT WATER FACILITY.

New Renovated rooms are nice to stay.. Without A. C. Is very hard to stay... The old rooms are very worst and suffocating. Cost is bit higher and without complimentary.
I stayed at hotel catnap for two days it was asome& the staffs were humble, especially they suggested a travels from Mettuppalayam to ooty which was enjoyable and the tariff of the travels was also reasonable .Hotel room were clean and good it's good
