It was a wonderful stay. The location where the hotel is situated and the architecture of the hotel was matching which authorizes to explore the beauty of Wayanad. Restaurants and Gift shops are available nearby. It is well-connected by road from all sides. Restaurants and gift shops are available nearby, security and calmness of the apartment.
Deluxe suite rooms, spacious, good amenities, good view from window, comfortable. Only con is the receptionist/room service was difficult to find most of the times. Lift available.
Overall good . Reception staff behaviour is absolutely fine. Hassle free check in. But the negative is electricity break up. On the mid night power was down.

Rooms are very good for the price. When we went hot water was not coming for the first day on both rooms we booked. We demanded hot water or asked them to change the rooms. After that they made some fix and hot water was coming in one room. Apart from that no issue. Rooms are very clean and well maintained.
