Location is good Exterior is also OK Rooms are good but need to give more amenities in it. Especially the toiletries must be available when the customer checks in, if they want to be in the nail biting competition. Limited options for breakfast. Buffet is preferable for it rather that very limited options. Room service was quick
The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly. We stayed just one day and it was great, but we had a bad impression because of the taxi driver (recommended by the hotel), who tried to trick us with the money. We agreed one price and at the end he tried to get more money. That was unprofessional and the final impression was not good.
That was hotel naivedya , ultimate thali restaurant must try every food blogger should come here , waiting time was quite high it takes approx 30 minutes to get a seat

The rooms are clean and of adequate size. The bathroom should me more maintained. The service is good but we need to call them for reminder. The location is very nearby to Cidco bus stand so there is a lot of connectivity via bus and autos.
I experienced the stay at this hotel recently with family. My experience was very nice. The rooms are good, with nice bedding. Bathroom, lobby etc was well cleaned. All safety measures were followed. The breakfast provided was too good. They do have a restaurant, which provide food only in THALI system. The support staff was very nice, attentive and humble.
