My stay at Hotel Sonar Tori has been excellent. The location, ambience, room, breakfast, food quality and behaviour of staff all are very good. Especially, the reception staff Rajdeep has been very cooperative with pleasing personality.
It was a nice and pleasant experience in the hotel, all staffs were good but Mr.Rajdeep Sharma helped me and guided me excellently he is very much nice guy and very helpful too.. Even expect hotel things he helped me in other ways like arranging vehicle etc
The prices listed in the menu differ from the amounts charged in the final bill. When questioned, they claim the menu is outdated, but a revised version hasn't been printed. This practice appears unethical and unjust. Disappointed and a feeling deceived.
3rd class experience. I order 2 full mutton dum biriyani. But surprisingly I found one piece of mutton and another chicken. They are cheating customers and moreover the prices are unexpectedly high than the peers. Will not visit any more. Caution for others
This hotel was excellent. I will not say "Value for money" But was a kind of mixed bag! Service was good food is okay.
Quite a lovely place to stay in Agartala City it is in the prime zone very close to India Bangladesh Border of Akhaura ICP. Good place nicely maintained and staffs are also good and helpful.

Room was good but place is mostly empty, room rent for two people in AC was 1800 with breakfast included. For non AC two people we had rent of 1200. No lunch or dinner included, but those can be placed on extra order. The check in period is of 24 hr
