Very Poor Overall Experience 1. Room rates are a bomb 2. Extremely Shabby Rooms 3. Full of Insects 4. Electrical Points not working 5. Linens and Bedding quality very poor 6. Service pathetic. Left room keys at reception for 6 hours, however the room was still not serviced. 7. TV and Remote not working Will not recommend this hotel to anyone.
Great place to spend time with family members. Rooms are clean and spacious. Food served is also tasty and fresh. Room service is good.....kids enjoyed the swimming pool.... overall experience is great
Premium rooms are good, but not worth the huge price, also deluxe rooms are below average for the price, other hotel's rooms of this price are far better than this so called small deluxe rooms. Although the ambience and the swimming pool is good. Good staff behavior
Best hotel in Tarapith. Just 5 mins walk from Maa Tara Temple. Having car parking. Staff are cordial. Food quality is also good but service to be improved
Terrible is an understatement! They are charging approx 3000/- a night inclusive of taxes. Extremely ill-maintained property. Shabby, dirty rooms, no trace of service, they forgot to service our rooms even after reminding them. The claim to give you free wifi - but it is only 1 GB a day. This is not the kind of hospitality one would expect after paying 3000/- per day! (We booked through Agoda.)
Very poor quality service. (communication) to I call around 9:22am morning for availability of rooms and they said plz send Hi in whatsapp and they provide details of room for booking but they are so busy can't put a msg already pass 4 hrs till no reply. Thanks to sonar Bangla Hotel management to provide this type of service.
Mandir is within 1km Very Big area Staff are very helpful and well behaved There is a pool side restaurant and a ac restaurant too. Children's park is good Overall a good experience
AC Deluxe rooms are small in size..great service and very close to mandir... overall nice place to stay
