Caution! Read before booking. We booked 3 super deluxe rooms for our family and childrens. Their deluxe rooms consisted of beds for just 2 people's and the super deluxe rooms were without Television, without any Network and WI-Fi provided by hotel did not connected in their rooms. But were connecting near balcony. Super deluxe rooms consisted of COCKROACHES AND BIG SPIDERS and when we complained about it they told that it's not hotel's fault they can come anytime by flying. A question arises here do spiders fly? We ordered food on somewhat around 8:10 p.m. which was not provided till 9:35 p.m. and also was not served in our rooms. Besides others were served food in their rooms. Very wrost experience in this hotel.

Rooms are neat and clean and have every ammennities present. For the location it is 3 km from MG Road , you have to take a shared cab (easily available) at 30 Rs to reach MG market

Stuffs are good. Place is good but I haven't experienced this kind of things before. The hotel owner Mr. Azgar Alam he is very bad manner person. He was just coming in anytime in every rooms and without asking or taking permission trying to open the door and If we asking him he's telling we are just checking while we are in-house in rooms. He is breaking guest privacy and without asking just going inside the rooms. He was talking very loudly outside the rooms. This is very mujhe unexpected as a guest from an hotel owner. This owner shuld change or the hotel should shut down. This is not right way to treat a guest. Me and my partner felt very bad and awkward in this place.

Worst hotel experience ever. Do not go to this hotel while you stay in Gangtok. The room floor had muddy footprints, blankets were dusty and the bathroom had used soap. Asked the manager for a towel which he never gave. I would like to give zero stars if possible.

It's was a nice experience staying at this place , the new lease owner is friendly and good , than the old one, the place is nice neat and clean food were good ,the views were awesome everything was nice and we'll in this place , i will recommend every one to stay and enjoy the vibe of this place, by the way the new owner is alam asger, if anyone want to stay directly contact him.

We stayed there for 4 nights and experience was not so good... As because we booked prepaid booking so I was unable to cancel it..We changed our room 2 times but did not get satisfactory room as shown in pictures on OYO or MMT. Some are good traits- 1. Food was very nice and average price. 2. Staff behavior was great. Bad things- 1. Rooms were not upgraded 2. Rooms had had some issues like bed, pillow and blanket were old. 3.Some parts of rooms had broken. Overall if you have a low budget then you can saty there.
