Pros: * The hotel seems to be doing some work on the customer service side. They all looked like they're trying hard to be polite and take care of the customer, but it didn't feel genuine. * The location is very close to airport. Best if you're just visiting. * Rooms were decent. Fittings were good looked new and clean. * Food was decent. I wouldn't call it great, but not bad either. Menu prices were economical too. Cons: * Towel in bathroom was stained. It was old. * Wifi was not working the first day I arrived. It started working next day. * Dinner package was included. I had my dinner at 6pm as I was checking out. So they started saying I must have dinner only in the night, tried to charge for it. Finally they agreed to let me go, but I had to wait long for checkout. Overall it was okay if it was about 3K per day. Anything more it's overpriced.

Nice room & good staff . The hotel presentation is good, simple but yet very neat & classy. Bathroom is good. Breakfast is served in the room. Complimentary water bottle, mobile charging stand, curtain, lamps these things the way they've presented has made their hotel a little unique. Really loved it

I had booked room in prior over a call for my special guests and informed that 3 ladies will be staying for 2 nights. I was told by a Male staff that rooms are available and it is blocked. When I asked for confirmation mail or message, I was told that they have already blocked. No need of mail or message. But 2nd day my guests were told rooms are not there and they have to check out. I have call recordings also. I am sure owner of hotel might have such a great dreams of his hotel but few staff are spoiling it. My guests are still looking for rooms right now.

Well maintained, friendly and professional service by team. Spacious dining area, good rooms with all amenities. Tasty and quality food varieties are available, overall good and comfortable atmosphere here. Rates are reasonable, situated in main area of the city

Deceptive Hotel: Worst Experienced I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at and I must say that it was an utter disappointment from start to finish. I couldn't help but feel deceived by the numerous positive reviews I had come across prior to my visit, only to discover that they were clearly fabricated. This hotel's attempt to manipulate public perception by purchasing reviews is both unethical and deceitful. They all buy reviews from people and make peoples fool Upon arrival, my expectations were immediately shattered. The hotel lobby appeared rundown and neglected, with worn-out furniture and a distinct lack of cleanliness. It was a far cry from the polished images I had seen online. The check-in process was disorganized, and the staff seemed disinterested and unprofessional. My room was another disappointment altogether. It was evident that the hotel had taken shortcuts in maintenance and upkeep. The bed was uncomfortable, and the linens were worn and frayed. The room itself felt cramped and outdated, with outdated decor and a stale odor. The promised amenities were either missing or in poor condition, such as the malfunctioning air conditioning unit and a barely functioning television. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was a major concern. I noticed dirt and dust in the corners of the room, and the bathroom was in dire need of a thorough cleaning. The towels provided were stained and threadbare. Dining at the hotel's restaurant was yet another unpleasant experience. The quality of the food was subpar, and the limited menu options were unimpressive. The service was slow and inattentive, with staff members appearing overwhelmed and untrained. It was clear that the staff lacked the professionalism and expertise one would expect from a hotel of this caliber. To make matters worse, the noise level in the hotel was excessive, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. I could hear loud conversations and constant commotion coming from neighboring rooms, further adding to my frustration and dissatisfaction.

The hotel is a wonderful property located at very convenient located near Airport in Mumbai. It's a beautiful hotel which provides luxury in budget.

We stayed here during our vacation and the place screams classic mumbai. Great location and view, very easy to reach. Food is extraordinary and staff has been very helpful as we were new to the city. Best quality rooms and service in cleanliness and hygiene. Will definitely suggest checking out this place while you are in town. Can't wait to visit again.
