Hotel Solitaire Manali Near Mall Road - Hotel in Manali - Kullu, India

The rooms have bed bugs in them. I changed rooms late in the evening to a different floor and there were still bed bugs. I asked for a refund, the manager was only interested in up selling me to another property, and I had firmly stated I wanted my money back. They then only refunded half, until I again firmly stood my ground, the manager promptly pulled the other half out of his back pocket. Strongly do not recommend staying here!

I stayed in this hotel. Hotel service is not good. They do not clean rooms daily. If we request them leave keys at reception.They don't change bed sheets on daily basisChange only after checkoutStaff won't wake up until 8am, Breakfast provides at 9:30AM and Dinner(paid) provides at 9:30PM. Food taste is average. No lift in this hotel. This hotel is not 3 star rated on but Google showing as three star. Room have TV with cable connection but never works. If we ask it will come in 10 minutes but never come. Hotel images showed in Google is opening time related. Now it's not looks same. Think twice before booking this hotel.

Hotel is not maintained and is overpriced. The toilets are in poor condition, the floors are unclean, and the rooms are filthy, when requested the staff to clean then they said it is because windows are open they can not help. We reserved 4 rooms, but only received 3, and they were all damp. However, the actual rooms arenothing like the gorgeous photographs that are displayed on booking websites. The Mall Road's and the Hidmba Temple's near proximity is the only benefit.

The booking was done from Agoda app 3 weeks in advance and the room rent was around Rs. 2500 for one day including breakfast for 8th June 2023. The booking was of mountain view room with complimentary breakfast. However, they provided room on the first floor with no view and constant traffic noises. The room was very old to start with. The walls of the room were dirty and it seemed that it has not been painted from quite some time. The room had seepage issues and it smelt really bad. However, since it was the peak time and rooms were not easily available and also because I already paid 30% advance as per the request of hotel, I decided to stay at the hotel for the day. The receptionist at the hotel was very rude. The way the staff interacts with customers, you will get the feeling of residing in a cheap hotel by paying price of a so called three star hotel. In the morning when I inquired about the breakfast I was denied breakfast. The receptionist said to my face that in 2500 you do not get any breakfast. The app may have written it but we do not provide complimentary breakfast and if you need to enjoy our breakfast, you need to pay 150 per person extra. I contacted the owner frm the number I got from tha agoda app and after calling him multiple times, he very generously allowed me a complimentary single paratha along with tea in the room and did not allow to attend the buffet breakfast. The towel was dirty, the toilet flush leaked among other problems. I was very lucky that I booked the room only for one day. To add to my misery, I was to receive cashback of Rs. 500 from agoda after completing my booking. However, the hotel has submitted on the agoda app that I had cancelled the booking and did not stay in the hotel. Now, I am not sure whether or not I will get my cashback. I have all the online payment details made to the hotel and photos of the pathetic room that I stayed in. Also, the location of the hotel is really bad. It is situated on the way of Hidamba temple from mall road. The road has heavy traffic jam from 8 in the morning to 8 in the night. The noise of traffic will not let you enjoy your stay in peace.

The hotel is good but I was stuck in traffic for around half an hour to reach this hotel. Better to stay away from the mall road area

We were expecting a really nice place judging by the ratings and the photos posted by the hotel. In reality, we got a room that wasn't cleaned properly, the curtains were moldy, the shower and flush wouldn't work properly and there wasn't proper drainage in the bathroom leading to water logging. All in all, a very disappointing experience.

Very poor really, got a room for 1000 a night and even at this "reduction" it wasnt worth it. I have stayed in much better for 400/night. Ground floor room, balcony was the car park, playing blasting music downstairs at 8am, despite there being multiple room on the ground floor along with my own. I don't care so much about the ground floor balcony room - apparantly it was the last room so it is what it is...but it still wasn't worth the price, mad that they play music so loud at that time.

Booked this hotel through trip advisor just by seeing it's rating nd reviews it was good experience
