It was a wonderful staying experience at Hotel Solitaire. The food service and the Hotel Staff was very polite, understanding and friendly. Room was very spacious and it was a very Luxurious Room with all facilities. I would suggest my friends and family to come and stay at Hotel Solitaire. I would rate 5 out of 5.
I lived there for 2 days and it was a good experience. But the hotel management should look for some of the points. 1. Hot water was not available in washroom. 2. Remote was not working for AC, TV. 3. Food quality was average.
Location for my work was good..entry was shocking as it's a small lane connecting the highway to enter.. We took 2 rooms 308 / 309.. I was in 309.. First night they said they have a fridge I asked the helper does it work.. "he says yes sir it works but it doesn't cool" is that even called a fridge?? Day 2... I have no water coming in the bathroom sir there is leakage in some room or tank.. made me wait 1.5hr I had to cancel my meeting.. Lights around the corridor are just flikring Asked for nimbu pani ( sweet lime water) they get me water.. lime separately and sugar and salt to add ) imagine.. Now coming to the billing pls be very careful they don't know how to bill the room which places the order..PLS PLS BE CAREFUL.. stuff under trained totally looks like they have a tie up with school for dum... Manager only operating one man show who is looking for ur money... Overall never again.... Imagine this I paid money to them after I have reached back home as they added the bill to a diff room...very very bad for the price they charge... RS 500 you should pay them for the room then I would manage with all the above issues.... 4k + you charge online for this experience.. I wish I had the power I would shut ur hotel down @Krishant Agarwal pls don't reply to my above reviews that you will resolve it cause am very well sure u can't do anything about it... I wish u could manage a better job and if u can't pls hand it over to me I'll show u how it's done Sir..
Worst experience ever faced. Food- Worst Service- Slow Rooms- Compact Cleanliness- Worst Hot water will come in morning only. 38 rupees charged for oral kit. TV recharge is not done. For AC remote is missing. Helth faucet jammed and bathroom was totally messed up. They will call you anytime and tell you to shift another room. There is totally messed up with the management. You can go for this hotel if you got this within 1000 rupees. Staff is very unprofessional.
I stayed at Solitaire Hotel, and it was a very bad experience. I booked a deluxe luxury room, and they gave me the room, and the bathroom was not cleaned, with a broken bathroom mirror. I complained about this and was given another room, which was better, but the bathroom was still not clean. On the first day, I found a bat in the room, and it was flying around the whole room, even though all the windows were closed. On the third day, I found a dead bat on the floor, and when I complained, they suggested that I might have left a window open, which I hadn't. Additionally, the hotel staff and manager were very unprofessional, and the quality of the food was terrible.
We were three persons. We stayed in AC room for 2 days. The service was not good. Were not able to provide hot water. They replied that it will be late and they didn't give the water. No soap, atleast a jug of water should be kept in the room. A single bottle water cost was Rs. 35 so we brought from out which costed Rs.20. I would recommend not to choose this hotel.
It was an amazing experience staying at the Hotel Solitaire, Hinjewadi, Pune. The staff was super friendly and cooperative! Loved their attitude towards the customers.. Moreover, the place was truly hygienic and loved the way the hotel has implemented modern age technologies regards room service!! Also would like to specially thank Mr. Rahul for such a generous welcome and support throughout the stay at the hotel!
