Initially when you enter the place it seems decent but after sometime you will realise how bad this place is for the price..We had taken superior room here but there was smell of dampness everywhere in the room, in bathroom toiletries were missing, and the floor and bedding doesn't look hygienic at all..plus the most cheap aspect about this place they have control of AC and geyser in some place ..you can't get the AC functioning by yourself and you have to keep calling for one thing or the other. Also before booking we have asked for the breakfast timing and they assured that it starts 7:30 a.m..As we have to leave early next day, by 8:00 a.m nothing was ready...plus the staff of dining was rude and didn't even bothered to give anything to eat.When we forced then they gave tea and bread with butter... Overall, it was highly horrible experience for this place and family stays or couple stay I will not recommend. The only good thing is location and the house keeping staff which were little courteous.
Worst experience ever. We reached late at night and were very tired. Were expecting the rooms to be ready till the time we reach. 1. After informing them multiple times about a Queen size bed, when we entered the room, there were 2 seperate single beds in the room. When we told them, he just joined the bed. After we told them to add a full bedsheet atleast, the staff was not ready for that as well. We had to fight to get it done. 2. The rooms had a foul smell. Seems like somebody was smoking in the room before we arrived. 3. The washroom and room was not cleaned after the previous guest left. We were already tired at 2am in the night but had to wait for almost an hour to get everything sorted before we could sleep in the room and the staff didn't seemed to be sprry for all this.
Behaviour of the staff is arrogant, judgmental . There is no ac in the room reason (gone for repair). Food taste is not so good .
Worst hotel i have ever seen ,inside the room full of mosqito they don't even provide towel and nepkin staff are no polite.do not book this hotel
