Hotel Solitaire - Hotel in Lucknow - Lucknow, India

We got a dirty room. The bed headboard was dirty, bedsheets were torn and dirty. For a booking of two people, only one towel was given. And every time we get towels, they were damp. When we called it out, they said they are fresh from the laundry. And we fail to understand why would you give damp towels to your guests,only coz it's fresh from the laundry. It could have been warm, but dry. There was no hand wash soap in the bathroom, we had to ask for it. Flush was extremely weak,we had to use it about three times for each use. Geyser in the bathroom was not working. When we asked the housekeeping to come and check, he wore muddy shoes inside the wet bathroom and soiled the entire bedroom. Also, it's the first time we received only one water bottle per day for two people booking. Though, we got a different room when we asked for it for the second day of our stay. This is the only reason I give it a 3-star rating.

The hotel is good. however, their mattresses not so much. it felt like I was sleeping on a wooden couch with just a blanket placed beneath me for cushioning. I had body ache for about a day since my visit. It is my humble request to the management to kindly change the mattresses in the rooms. Only a single unfortunate element ruined a perfectly good hotel stay.

This place is excellent. They were gentle and hospitable at the reception. I felt really safe, peaceful and happy. It is safe for ladies who travel alone. The hotel maintains cleanliness really well. Food was comforting. I have only best things to say about the hotel. The hotel did justice to the money I paid. I am extremely happy that I chose Hotel Solitaire in Lucknow. Room was extremely comfortable.

Good place for stay & dine in. Location is very good on maine national highway ayodhya, near by new high court.

Awesome service... I must rate 100% for cleanliness with amazing quality of food. The staff are very good. Complimentary breakfast is awesome with fresh fruit juice. One must visit the place if you are staying in Lucknow.

Overall, my stay at Solitaire was very comfortable. The room was very neat and tidy. It felt like I'm at my place Kudos to the staff. Especially to the reception ones, The lady over ther was very supportive and cooperative in nature.

It's a very good hotel and had a pleasant stay. But there is no much options in breakfast where they need to improve. Rooms are neat and clean.

Hotel solitaire is very good neet and clean hotel I checked in 8 pm but very smooth and easy checking...staff is well mannered and polite..... location is good .....food prices are little bit high but taste is good ..... room cleanesss is good.....all are very good arranged that's the reason I give a 5 star ratings at this property
