Hotel Solaris - Hotel in Indore - Indore, India

3 rooms booked and stayed for 3 days from 25Nov2023. In Room 317, cleaning is not done for 2 days [Bed's are smelling, and washbasin tap has a broken lever which is not changed even after complaining]. In Room 325 water leakage happened inside the bathroom from the roof. This is really a safety issue as the water leaked inside the switch box as well. Even after multiple reminder water bottles, sugars, bath towels, toilet papers are not provided. Seems the hotel functioning with less staff so it's taking longer time to clean the plates kept outside the room and even to bring the luggage's to room in their big trolley it will take longer than expected Breakfast alone we had in this hotel and the breakfast is nice [except idly] but during rainy season its hard to run for 20-30 meters to hand wash as the restaurant does not have a hand wash facility

Very old and poor quality bedsheets on bed. Breakfast was far from below average Booked room at last moment took high rates from me. Small and unhygenic rooms Stay at your own risk

The property is impeccably maintained we initially planned to stay for one day but decided to extend our stay for another day to fully immerse ourselves in nature. The swimming pool is excellent, complete with music and resort supplied speakers. Overall, our experience was so enjoyable that we are already palnnig to visit the resort again soon

They surely are running a scam with the membership thing. The hotel looked completely empty yet they told that all the rooms are booked. So I had to pay some amount to book a so called "Executive Room" which was worse than a deluxe room if I have to be honest. The room was dirty, the sheets were dirty, the so called "Executive Room" had a really bad view. The hotel looks like it's a really good one from the outside. I would highly recommend people to not get membership here. The restaurant has very delayed service which is very disappointing. The food is slightly better than all the disappointment I have shared. But doesn't cover up for the flaws.

I am on tour with IRCTC Today * I stayed for one day in this Hotel. * I was allotted suite Room(316)third floor whose highlights. are as follows: 1. AC not working. 2. Intercom not working. 3. Rats are running in the false roofing which is open. * I have gone to reception and complained the same. * After one hour they shifted me to another room which is normal room(217) for the same package. Highlights of this room are 1. No bucket and mug in toilet.(They provide them on demand it seems). 2. No basic things such as coffee/tea/milk powder/hot pot/cups. (From suit they shifted me to normal room and not provided the basic things mentioned in package). 3. Again Intercom not working. * They did not provided these things for about waiting for more than one hour. * Worst maintenance/staff is not cooperative with the guests. * I waited for the lift for about 15 minutes which staff are only using for their work. * Waiting for more about 3 hours/ No response from staff. * Will give complete review after my experience till tomorrow. *** Not only me it happened to my team members too.

Stayed at Solaris on 25th Nov. Our first visit to MP. Not knowing where to go that's not included in our itinerary, got a great suggestions and recommendations from Mr. Ayush Prajapati and Ms. Rithika Rathore which made the tri memorable. Keep it going.

The rooms are amazing. Room service is also good. Thanks Ayush and Ritika for helping me so well. I pray that they get a better life. Overall this hotel is very nice.

Everything was excellent, we came with 55 pax from Calicut corporation counselors and tour conducted by Calicut based UVA tours india. All staff are very attentive, food was excellent, more rooms also good with nice Aminities..... We are highly recommending Solaris to everyone.
