Location of the property is good, there are shops, hospitals located nearby. The view from the window was great. We watched the sunrise from our room. The room space is less. The TV doesn't work, you can only use youTube there, and the wifi is weak. The restaurant in that building provides proper quality food. We stayed here for 2 nights. Our stay was overall pretty great.
Rooms are quite small.. not many charging points with a bit weird setup. the bathroom was more or less good. It has a parking space. This hotel is mainly suitable for people who only looking for a layover in Ranchi but it's quite far from the main city, the city centre but there are auto services available but you have to atleast travel 8-10 km to reach the heart of the city.
The room was good, the bathroom however was not very clean. Basic amenities such as shower gel, shampoo etc were not even present. In terms of security as well the service was not very good. At such a price, you can get other good hotel options in Ranchi. A little safety issue was something that I experienced, the security should be strict and not let people visit without proper explanation.
Don't fall for this trap. This is not a good stay to live in. Don't get me wrong here. Nothing too bad but the money you pay can be paid somewhere else. A better stay. The best thing about this stay is the staff. They are friendly and helpful. And this may be the only good thing about this stay. Another good thing is the food. Which they serve from a restaurant on the ground floor. The hotel does not operate the restaurant but again the food was 2.5/5. The pictures of the room are taken using wide-angle lenses to make them appear bigger but in reality, they are much smaller. I have attached the photo for your judgment. You can't even put your luggage. All the space is taken by the bed alone. The bathroom is almost 60% the size of the bedroom which is hilarious given the room is very small. The services are okay. Their Wifi is pathetic. There is no great view from the room. The location too is towards Mesra which is far from the main area of Ranchi. Again, I didn't like Ranchi as a city, and I don't know if all the hotels are like this one in the given range. My advice, get a better option if you find one. This stay is not horrible but passable according to me and I fail to understand how has this garnered 4.5 stars on Google Maps. Somewhere between 3-3.5 would have been okay. Ciao.!
Good place to stay at Ranchi. I stayed at room no 107. Queen sized bed without window are the only drawbacks. Rest is [OK]. Car parking place is available!
due to power outage,we were in room without AC and fan. though we get one more free stay another day but we had to constantly complain about the issue by ourselves and contact the hotel owner. if this was done by the hotel staff as per courtesy ,the stay would have been nice. the service was good but customer-hotelier interaction was really disappointing.
Very nice hotel with balcony. Hotel is near Rims and Khelgaon. Very nice staff and services. Food is delicious but it takes quite a time when you take room service. Otherwise a nice place to stay.
