The hotel looks ordinary with first looks from outside but the moment I entered the reception I could feel an ambience of calmness surrounding me. Clean lobby, Clean rooms and everything very clean with decorative items kept every where.

The hotel was full of flowers at the entrance, it was a lovely sight. The reception area was comfortable while we checked in. Fortunately everything about the hotel was exceptional, and I don't give praise lightly. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service and good food for breakfast and dinner. The service in both places was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped, warm and comfortable. I could go on but suffice it to say I was very pleased with my stay, and although short and sweet this time, I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

I had done lunch twice and dinner once in this hotels restaurant and it was a very good experience, the food was very tasty,fresh and hygienic. They are quite professional and good in hospitality. The ambiance of the hotel is very good, they are also having arrangements for party and wedding. Overall it was a good experience and we will definitely love to visit there again.

Given the city, it is a comfortable place to stay. Friendly staff, Quick room service, affordable price are some plus points. But if looking for a nice view of queen of hills, from your hotel window, i will not suggest this hotel as it is situated on the outskirts of the city on the opposite side. Convenient place for bus stoppages as situated near ISBT. I did not find the food tasty here, it was overpriced given its taste. Overall rated 4.

Although I was there for a google partners programme that sucked big time, but as I managed to peek inside one of the rooms, it was clean spacious with good furniture. P.S- The dont expect a bathtub or jacuzzi in the bathroom Actually 3.5 rating would have better suited but it was not avialable so a 4 star.

I would not recommend this hotel to someone who is willing to pay about 4k a night. This is not worth it. There are much better options in this price around the city. When I checked in I requested to take my pet dog in the room for just 15mins, they denied and did not even have courtesy to provide me a space to wait with him downstairs in covered area since it was raining. When we checked in to the room, the room was dirty and had dust all over the windows and tables, moreover the lamps were not working, the bathroom sink had a blockage due to which the water was not flowing out easily. In the evening, we forgot our key at our relatives place in dehradun and requested them to issue a duplicate key to us until next day morning z to which they denied as well and said we will get the room opened everytime you move out but can't issue another key. I was shocked to know which hotel has this rule that they can't issue a duplicate key. The staff at Front Office is not helpful at all and is not at all professional. They are just someone who would go by the rules without caring for their guests. Me being a regular visitor to DDN, would never ever book this property again.

The ambience is good, neat and clean surroundings. The environment inthe bar totally suits the mood for drinks. The rooms are well maintained and room services is quick up to mark. The food arrangments for the function was decent. Food tasted good too.

This place is one of the best in Dehradun, Uttarakhand. It is in the Saharanpur road, slightly outside the city center. Reasonable price, hygiene, clean bed, good restaurant,etc. make it as the best choice for bedding and dining in this mountain city. Service is good, people in the reception are cordial, room attendants are polite. I loved the stay here. Check it out, if you visit Dehradun.
