We stayed here for two nights. Worst hotel experience ever in whole Darjeeling. Don't waste your single penny to stay here.
I visited this Hotel 2 times.
Both times we didn't get nice gesture.
The waiter was so rude, unprofessional. Both times rooms are not so clean. I don't suggest if you have budget more than 2000 per night.
I give 3 stars for well location.
Stayed one night in march. Very dirty room, carpet never cleaned. Staff behavior was very unprofessional.
Most pathetic problem was unavailable of hot water. They claim but never supply hot water.
Only view from terrace was good and it is close to mall road.

The room given in the terrace is best for staying. The view from the terrace is mesmerizing. You will absolutely love it.
Most worst experience ever. Staffs are very rude and not welcoming. Bad behavior. They keep switched of the geyser all the time. No power backup. Check out time is 11am but they keep on forced us to check out at 9am.
Now the rooms are very dirty with no room service.
Food is the most pathetic.

Very bad hotel please don't booked this hotel it's very bad and not proper room service washroom was dirty and room also the food is also not good and it is very costly.

Indian & Chinese food is available here, both are very tasty. Specially wheat Puri is very nice.
