The rooms are great and the food is good. Though the staff seemed to be less trained and disciplined. During vacation season it may be tough getting your car here as it is located in a very narrow street. Though it's close to dal lake and the main market. Overall experience was good.

Snow land Hotel is very luxurious & modern. food is so tasty and Delicious . The service was conducted by Mr. Musa is very fast and good.

Very nice property, good food, average service. The place looks new and very well managed. Location is quite ok for accessibility to the lake but otherwise it's inside a narrow lane behind the lake. Service could have been better. The management should own up their responsibility for securely arranging transportation of guests to airport in situations when the city is shut due to some politician's arrival. The guests are made to run around and find transportation on their own.
