Nice hotel in budgeted price but dont expect any scenic beauty from your rooms it is covered from building all around. Location is starting point of Mall road which is really nice. service is fast & Staff is helpful. car parking is major issue you have to pay extra for car parking per day.

Average hotel but very close to Mall road. You get out of hotel door and mall road starts I paid 4500 for 2 days so little costly. Cleanliness is not that good in room, hot water was available all time which is good point If you are coming here for romantic stay please avoid

They are unprofessional people. Breakfast was organised at 9 am instead of 8 am. Washrooms are very dirty and bugs are everywhere. Intercoms are just a display pieces nobody attend the calls

The staff was helpful. Less varieties of food & lil bit overpriced. I had a wonderful experience. Neat rooms. slightly overpriced . Not seen any parking slots. Availability of drinking hot water is limited to morning working hours.

Damps in the room. Toilets has several spots all over the place. Not so hygienic atmosphere to spent nights with Kids. I had a bad experience about the quality of the room. The staff members are also careless about the quality of the room.

The hotel is located very near to the mall road. The rooms are big and there is in-built restaurant also with room service, and lift is also available. Overall a good experience. The rooms do not have ac or room heaters, but electric kettle with drinking water is provided.

overall the only good thing of the property was a decent room thats very accessible to mall road and bus standAttitude of the staff needs improvement. why ? some examples :1. we reached hotel on Tue around 8 pm for 2 day trip. Our checkout was on thu, and we asked the girl at reception that on thu, can we do late check out around 12 noon instead of 11 am. She said, hotel is booked so latest we can do is 11.30 but actually the hotel was so empty, they couldn't afford to do a buffet breakfast and were taking orders by item.2. while it was their choice they couldn't do buffet breakfast, they were counting how many tea my family is taking. and wanted me to pay for extra tea cups at Rs 40 per cup. while on mall road, you get tea for Rs.20. This is when my booking was inclusive of breakfast with the room. this attitude of restaurant manager ruined my morning.3. when I asked the girl at reception about this attitude, she was like, sir who drink more than 1 cup in morning? taking side with restaurant manager, while fully knowing that my package includes breakfast. This was supposed to be buffet, but they were taking orders due to low customers in the hotel. I had to tell her, "please take full money for everything i have eaten but return me the money for 2nd day of stay with breakfast cost. I will go to another hotel where they don't count number of tea cups." then she sat quite and dropped the argument.Overall, looks like staff don't know the economics and hospitality and thus needs more training for the same.If the owner of hotel is reading this, and also thinks like the staff that by customers drinking more cups of tea, his economics is not working out, perhaps he should stop offering room along with breakfast. On mall road, lots of options are available.
